and justice, We pray for the rights of children everywhere, |

| The needs of children
everywhere, And the aspirations of children everywhere; |
|
| Deprived
children, Unwanted children, Exploited children, Affluent children, |
|
| Children of whatever race or colour
or creed who lack the opportunities for development in mind, body and
spirit. PROSPER all who strive for the rights of children especially those engaged in the Save the Children Fund, so that; |

| Needs may be
relieved, Opportunities provided, And the future of mankind be strengthened. |

WE ASK this in the name of Jesus Christ, Our Lord. AMEN This prayer has also been incorporated in a book of poetry entitled Beautiful Game by Parry Maguire - Thankyou Parry. Schools and football study centres at Liverpool FC, Arsenal FC, West Ham FC and Leeds United FC will be using the book to help students with literacy. |
